Beginning Sunday, October 4, we are going to be offering 50-person weekend services at Centennial Secondary at 9:30am and 11:30am along with our ongoing Online Services. We will be following physical distancing protocols throughout the building. We welcome you to worship with us in the environment that you are most comfortable. We are excited to be meeting in-person again and we invite you to view the details below to learn more about what to expect when you arrive.
We will be providing R Kids services for ages 4-10 beginning Sunday, October 4th.If you feel more comfortable bringing your kids into the auditorium with you, we encourage you to bring a tablet or phone with headphones so your children can watch our online kids content during the service.
Here are some additional steps we are taking to keep our kids’ environments safe (and fun) for your family!
Yes. We will be operating within the 50-person limit of the province’s Phase 3 protocols. Registrations will begin online in September. Physical distanced seating will be available in the auditorium with assistance by our ushers.
Our team will frequently disinfect surfaces throughout the building and we will sanitize the auditoriums between services. Hand-sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the building. Water fountains and our café will not be available at this time. All seat materials including papers and pens will be removed.
We will provide 2 separate seating zones:
Green Zone - where masks will be required at all times
Blue Zone - where masks will be required during worship and optional during the message while social distancing. Zones will be clearly identified for each row of seating.
Face coverings will be made available for you as you walk in the door and required any time you are moving in or out of the building.
In order to help facilitate a safe environment to worship, our staff and Dream Team will be wearing face coverings as they serve.
If you or someone in your family is considered “high-risk” for severe illness, we encourage you to continue worshipping with us online.
The cafe will not be open but water bottles will be available free of charge.
We completely understand, and we want you to feel comfortable. We invite you to worship with us online at 9:30 am or 11:15am.
In the last 14 days you have tested positive, been experiencing symptoms, or have a known exposure to COVID-19.
If you are in a “high-risk” group, or you care for someone who may be at “high-risk” for severe illness.
Prayer is our first response, not our last resort. We’re comforted and empowered knowing we serve a miracle-working God who is an ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). Ask the Holy Spirit to open your eyes and show you how to pray for those on the front lines, at high risk, and in great need. We’d love to pray for you and your needs. Click the link below to ask for prayer and our prayer team will pray for you specifically throughout the week.
If you have needs related to the coronavirus, we’re here to help! Let us know how we can serve you, and our team will be in touch soon.
If you’re in a position to be able to serve, you can sign up to join one of our Serve small groups this fall. Each group is mobilizing to partner with local food banks, schools, and organizations to maximize the efforts to serve the people in our communities. Because of your generosity, we’re able to operate our finances in a way that allows us to give in times of need and crisis. That’s exactly what we’re doing now and will continue to do. If you feel led to financially be a part of our COVID-19 outreach efforts, you may give here.
Every week we pack hampers full of food which get distributed on Friday afternoons to families in our city who desperately need it. Through your generosity, we are able to love and serve some of the most vulnerable kids and families in our city.
